Overview

Black Adam is a superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as the titular character. The film follows the story of Teth-Adam, a young boy chosen by ancient wizards to be the champion of the people of Kahndaq 5000 years ago, as he battles the tyrannical king Anh-Kot and the modern-day Intergang that has taken over the city. Along the way, Teth-Adam is aided by archaeologist Adrianna Tomaz, her son Amon, and the Justice Society of America.

Analysis

Black Adam is an action-packed film that manages to balance drama and action effectively, with well-choreographed fight scenes and stunning visuals.
