Nachindi Girl Friendu

Synopsis:

Rajaram (Uday Shankar), a B.Com graduate living in Vizag, wants to improve his prospects by completing a fund management course. On the way to his friend Cherry’s interview, Rajaram meets and falls for Sandy (Jennifer Emmanuel). Sandy also falls for Rajaram, but their relationship is complicated by a shocking revelation. The rest of the film follows Rajaram’s response to this revelation and his relationship with Sandy.

Positive Points:

Uday Shankar gives a good performance in the film, particularly in his comedic scenes with Madhunandhan. Jennifer Emmanuel is decent as the female lead, and the film raises awareness about scams and frauds in the stock market. The subject matter of the stock market and its impact on middle-class people is also relevant.

Negative Points:

The main plot point is not revealed until the last 30 minutes, and the rest of the film lacks depth and is poorly written. The love story is unappealing and some of the songs are unnecessary. The film also lacks research and the presentation of the app mentioned in the film is weak.

Technical Aspects:

The background score by Gifton Elias is good, particularly in the second half, and the cinematography by Siddam Manohar is adequate. The production values are sufficient, but the editing could have been shorter. The direction by Guru Pawan is below par, and the writingis flawed.

Overall, Nachindi Girl Friendu has an interesting and relevant topic, but the execution and presentation of the story are weak.
